Shipping

We ship letters and parcels with GLS or PostNord – either to a parcel shop or directly to your home. You can choose the option that suits you best at checkout.

Delivery Time

As each product is made to order, please allow for some production time before shipping. We aim to dispatch your order within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and current workload.

If you selected a tracked shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow the parcel all the way to your door. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier but is typically 2-7 business days, depending on destination.

Responsibility and Insurance

We do not take responsibility for lost letters or parcels once handed over to PostNord or GLS.
However, we will look into whether your shipment was insured, and you will be notified accordingly.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
