Terms & Conditions – Weber Creations

1. General Information
At Weber Creations, we create unique products using 3D printing – often designed and manufactured specifically for your order. All items are printed on-demand, and production begins once your order has been received.

2. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order with us, you accept that the item is made especially for you. Payment is made through the webshop, and we accept all standard payment methods. All prices are listed in local currency and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Production and Delivery
All items are produced upon order, and the production time depends on the complexity of the product and the order queue. The expected dispatch time is within 5-10 business days + courier delivery time. If any delays occur, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Custom Orders
We also offer 3D printing based on your own ideas or files. You’re welcome to contact us with your ideas, measurements, or sketches, and we’ll get back to you with an assessment and a quote.
Custom orders are tailored products and therefore not eligible for return or cancellation.

5. No Right of Return
According to the Danish Consumer Agreement Act §18, section 4, no. 3, the right of withdrawal is void for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
As our products are made on-demand and often customized to your wishes, we do not offer returns or cancellations.

6. Warranty
You are entitled to a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish law, if the product is defective upon receipt or does not function as agreed.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.
For warranty claims: Please contact us as soon as possible at webercreations@outlook.com, preferably with pictures and a short description of the issue so we can find a solution.

7. Copyright and Ownership

Products like BlinkFix and ClickFix on this webshop are original 3D-designs/creations by Weber Creations and are protected under copyright law.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, resell or distribute our designs – either physically or digitally – without our written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant the right to commercial use, sharing or reproduction of the design.
In case of infringement, we reserve the right to take legal action.
